John is an attorney with over twenty years’ experience in business law. He graduated as a Public Interest Law Scholar, and founded a pro bono legal aid organization in 1996. John worked at the United States Attorney’s Office, then clerked for a Federal Judge in the Eastern District of California, and after graduating from law school served as an attorney at the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank. John currently assists businesses with a range of legal issues, including corporate law and strategic opportunities.
John has been nominated for the State Bar of California's Public Service Award.
